All the world’s major religions are faced with having to come to terms with a modern understanding of homosexuality. The place of gay and lesbian people in the life of the Church is currently Christianity’s most divisive issue. Confronting homophobia is its greatest challenge. The Lesbian and Gay Christian Movement is proclaiming a basic Christian truth. It is working for the very love and freedom that Christ brings to his people through his life, death and resurrection. LGCM is working for love, for peace, for justice, and for the promotion of the Christian faith especially within the LGBT community.

LGBT+ Conservatives is the affiliated national organisation for lesbian, gay, bisexual and trans Conservatives, and those who wish to support them.
We provide an LGBT+ voice within the party, and a Conservative voice in the LGBT+ community. Here on our website you can join LGBT+ Conservatives, find out about our campaign days, donate to our candidates’ fund and, if you’re a local Conservative Association, discover how we can help your association engage LGBT+ members.
Please do contact us with any questions you may have or if you’d like to get involved!
LGBT+ Liberal Democrats are the sexual and gender identity minorities group within the Liberal Democrats. We exist to campaign for LGBT+ equality both within the party and externally, and to promote the party within the LGBT+ communities. As a “Specified Associated Organisation” of the party, all our full members are also members of the party, and we gain the rights to be consulted on LGBT+-related party policy and to put policy motions forward to the federal party.
Topics the group and it’s members have campaigned on have been diverse and include not just LGB and T but also non-binary gender, intersex rights, polyamory, decriminalisation of sex work and civil-liberties issues that disproportionately affect the LGBT+ community such as internet “porn blocks” and criminalisation of BDSM-related activities.
Our mission is to advance the rights of Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Trans, Intersex, Queer, and Asexual people. Discrimination remains in many areas of life such as housing, education, employment and health and LGBTIQA+ Greens campaign against this.
We aim to increase awareness and understanding of LGBTIQA+ issues within the Green Party and progressive movements and in society as a whole. We also aim to increase awareness and understanding of Green and progressive values among LGBTIQA+ people.
LGBTIQA+ Greens aim to build a more sustainable and just society where everyone is valued, respected and empowered regardless of their sexuality, gender identity or intersex status.
If you would like to join our mailing list, please do so here.
Please note: It is not necessary to a member of the Green Party of England and Wales in order to join our mailing list. Everyone welcome, regardless of sexual orientation, gender identity or intersex status.
We already have members from over 30 organisations across the private, public and charity sectors…why not join them?
