Welcome to No Going Back. We are here to help people who have fled their country as they are in fear of their lives just because of their sexual orientation. Over 70 countries have laws criminalising same-sex acts. Five of these countries have the death penalty for same-sex acts. Because of this, many people come to the UK to claim asylum so that they can be who they are without the fear of violence, prison or death.

We are here to provide support and legal representation to people who are seeking asylum in the UK because they fear persecution in their own country due to their sexual orientation. We offer them free legal advice for their asylum claims. We also commission experts to produce reports to help individual cases and to highlight problems in particular countries.

We also believe in raising the profile of the persecution that the LGBT community faces throughout the world so we run training sessions for relevant organisations.

We need your support and your participation. If you want to get involved, please consider making a donation, becoming a member or attending one of our events. If you have any comments or suggestions, please do get in touch with us.

Thank you for your support.
