WalkOut : forthcoming walks

WalkOut at Sand Bay
Our mixed gender LGBT+ walks are on every Wednesday throughout the year at 10:30am.  Look out for extra walks in the evening and at weekends.  A shorter, introductory walk takes place on the first Wednesday morning of each month specially for new walkers.  If you have any questions about a walk, please contact our WalkOut Co-ordinator, David Sully on our office number:

Brandon Hill

Harbourside Walk

Wed 7th June 10:30am-12:30pm
Meet @ Watershed, Harbourside  BS1 5TX
Today includes our short 10-30 minutes introduction walk for new walkers. We will enjoy the sights and sounds of our Bristol Harbourside  before walking to Brandon Hill Park. New walkers may go straight to the Folk House cafe while our regular walkers explore Brandon Hill Park before joining everyone in the Folk House cafe.
Downs Walk Wed 14th June 10:30am- 12:30pm
Meet @ Watershed, Harbourside  BS1 5TX
After meeting at the Watershed, we will catch the bus to Bristol Downs for exploring the many open spaces. You will see views overlooking the Avon River and Clifton Suspension Bridge. We will end our walk with refreshments at the Retreat cafe on the Downs.
Statue Walking Tour Wed 21st June 10:30am-12:30pm

There are many statue tours around Bristol city centre. So, we will follow the statues to Castle Park, Redcliffe and Millennium Square before enjoying our refreshments at Bristol Harbourside.
Downs Walk Sun 25th June 1.00pm – 3.00pm

This is our Sunday Bristol Downs walk. Lets hope for sun, sun, sun as we walk and enjoy Bristol life on the Downs. Feel free to bring snacks, sandwiches, cakes and so on for our LGBT+ picnic on the Downs.
St Pauls Walk Wed 28th June 10:30am- 12:30pm

Today is our walk leader’s birthday. We will walk to St Pauls Learning and Family Centre, where a birthday cake might be waiting for us.
